Ambient Albums From Imaginary Lands

I make no secret that odd creatively technical projects both intrigue and delight me. I came across an AI generative art project by the name of Ganbreeder, now Artbreeder.

It uses Generative Adversarial Networks to mix two images together, creating new and unusual results. I’ve played with it on a variety of occasions, creating images that look akin to rough colour studies of sci-fi concept art through to strange outer god type monsters.

Today though, I wound up making images that look distinctly like album covers for ambient music recorded in another dimension.

Enjoy the results.
